Meet The Author

Connie Edwards is a Cascade Christian Writing Contest Award-winning author of several works of fiction, including flash fiction, short stories, and a self-published YA novelette. She also contributes insights for Christian living in episodes of her church’s podcasts.

A born-again Christian, her passion is to illuminate Jesus, the reality of God’s love for mankind. She gives God credit for filling her life with people, from her youth as a preacher’s kid to family and a career in Human Resources. She cherishes her varied life experiences and pours them into her writing as an offering to God.

Her current work is an inspirational historical novel, where imagined lives of non-fictional and fictional characters step dramatically from pages of familiar accounts in the Bible, often revealing stunning insights. Readers will relate to the hearts of her characters as she crafts their inside stories.

Connie holds a Certificate in Personnel Psychology and Human Resources Management from Washington State University. Married to her high school sweetheart, they enjoy the blessing of grown children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. They live in Washington State.
